Registration fees for the Summit are as follows:

• $280 CAD for early bird rate (RATE EXTENDED UNTIL AUGUST 2, 2010!)
• $380 CAD regular rate
• $150 CAD student rate

Registration includes:

• Attendance at all academic and scholarly sessions (September 24-25, 2010)
• Lunch on Friday, September 24th
• Lunch on Saturday, September 25th
• Continental Breakfast and all refreshment breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• DVD/CD of all academic and scholarly sessions
• Eligibility for discount tickets to Stratford Shakespeare Festival (see below)

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEU'S): The Intercountry Adoption Summit will be granting 16.0 non-credit professional development units for registered attendees. These will not be listed on an official transcript, but we are happy to provide whatever certification is necessary for your professional organization. The Buffalo-Niagara International Airport is located about 226 kilometres (about 2.5 hours driving time) from Stratford. It can sometimes be cheaper to fly into the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport. However, there are no shuttles between Stratford, Ontario and Buffalo, New York and you will be subject to border crossing between the United States and Canada as well as possible toll roads.

Weather

During late September, in Stratford, you can expect warm days (20-25 ºC /68-77 ºF) and cool nights (5-10 ºC /41-50 ºF). Recommended attire includes layers that can be taken off or added on depending on the time of day and temperature.

 

Currency

Canada's currency is the Canadian dollar (CAD). If you are coming from the United States, all banks can readily exchange U.S. currency for Canadian currency.
